Panelists at the recent WinFin Conference in Miami urged a proactive approach between FinTech leaders and government regulators as financial technology (FinTech) businesses, blockchain technology and digital currencies continue to grow.
“As much input as we can provide into the regulatory process, I think it’s going to be critical,” said Anastasia Stull, executive director of Nelson Mullins’ Assureg, a regulatory and compliance consulting firm that Nelson Mullins launched in January 2022.
Held at the Idea Center at Miami Dade College, the WinFin Conference was sponsored by Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough and Miami Dade College on March 31, 2022. This new event featured various panels led by nationally recognized FinTech principals as well as some of Miami’s best-known female technology leaders.
